  1. Active identification of opportunities for outgoing claims, negotiation and settlement thereof, development of claims strategies, support / preparation of notifications or correspondence and claims,
  2. Analysis of incoming claims, negotiation and settlement thereof, development of defense strategies, support / preparation of responses or correspondence and claims,
  3. General advice and support to site management, project management, supply department and other project team members in the execution of Siemens’ contracts to secure Siemens’ contractual rights and entitlements,
  4. Collection and registration of all claims,
  5. Alignment of claim risks and opportunities
