- Analysis of incoming claims, negotiation and settlement thereof, development of defense strategies, support / preparation of responses or correspondence and claims,
- General advice and support to site management, project management, supply department and other project team members in the execution of Siemens’ contracts to secure Siemens’ contractual rights and entitlements,
- Collection and registration of all claims,
- Alignment of claim risks and opportunities
