Adam is a graduate of Saint Joseph's University in the field of management and decision-making sciences. At SJU Adam completed a four-year full time degree in three years and received the Wall Street Journal Student Achievement Award upon graduation. Adam, later, graduated with a master's degree master's in management from Harvard University and in finance and accounting from Kozminski University in Warsaw.
Until the founding of Vintage Consulting, he had gained experience working as a consultant for KPMG in the United States and as a Member of the Board at B-Act Sp. z o.o. in Poland. Adam is an expert in the field of business management, project management, contract management, cash flow optimization in construction contracts, tendering, FIDIC contracts, claims strategies and employer relationship management. He has already led successful business transactions with international construction and engineering firms on large infrastructural projects.
He is a memeber of the FIDIC Young Profesionals Steering Committee, and a member of the Standardization Committee of FIDIC's Polish Member Association - SIDIR.
He has broad international experience having lived in the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, the United States and Poland.
Privately Adam enjoys a good book, sports, wine and training his will.
A solicitor since 1984. In the years 2010 -2013, President of the Court of Arbitration in Warsaw at the Consulting Engineers and Experts Association.
A solicitor specializing in commercial law, including FIDIC contracts. She gained her experience as a lawyer as well as a member of the governing bodies of business entities in Poland and abroad. A FIDIC arbitrator. She advised or was an arbitrator in such projects as: the construction of the airport terminal in Warsaw, construction of roads and motorways in Poland, the construction of hotels, plumbing and wastewater treatment plants and railway projects.
She provides training in the field of building code, construction project implementation by Polish law and FIDIC international construction standards, as well as claims and dispute resolution in construction projects. A lecturer of building code at postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, Economics of the University of Wrocław.
A graduate of Warsaw University of Technology at Faculty of Sanitary Engineering and Postgraduate Studies at Warsaw School of Economics (finance and project management), Poznan University of Economics (network programming - scheduling) and Poznan University of Technology (FIDIC).
He has over 45 years of experience as a consultant in project implementation. He specializes in the development, implementation and mediation of contracts carried out on the basis of the FIDIC Conditions of Contract. He has implemented projects in multicultural teams (contracts in Iraq, Dubai, Poland and Turkey).
Since 2004, he is a Member of the Consulting Engineers and Experts Association, where he holds the position of: Independent Engineer Consultant in the field of international procurement and project implementation according to FIDIC, the World Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD); and Member of the Peer Court SIDiR, and Arbitrators. He held the position of a consultant in the PHARE / TACIS Central Consultancy Register international structures by the Commission European Communities in Brussels. A member - founder of "Lewiatan" Kujavian-Pomeranian Organization of Private Employers.
As one of the first people in Poland he introduced the FIDIC Conditions of Contract in the home jurisdiction.

Cosmin has graduated as PhD. in Civil Engineering at Iasi Technical University from Romania and has over 12 years of experience in project implementation in Romania and abroad. He worked for many projects as an engineer-supervisor and consultant/advisor in the field of water and wastewater infrastructure. He has published 17 papers in the last years, being a speaker at different FIDIC international conferences from Romania, Italy, Spain, Japan, Morocco, Bulgaria, Poland etc. Also, he is a co-author of 10 technical books in the field of engineering and consulting for water & wastewater infrastructure.
Currently he is providing services of planning, design, consulting and management of water and wastewater infrastructure, working on FIDIC contracts (Red&Yellow) for projects financed by European Union. He is also a Vice Chair of the FIDIC Young Professionals Steering Committee (YPFSC) and also a member of FIDC Sustainable Development Committee and a vice president of ARIC Romania - in charge with YPs (FIDIC MA).
Since 2016, Cosmin is also adjudicator listed on the ARIC’s President national list of adjudicators.
A graduate of Warsaw School of Economics in management and marketing. Member of the Consulting Engineers and Experts Association in Warsaw. Repeatedly trained in the field of dispute resolution, arbitration, the FIDIC Conditions of Contract and public procurement law.
He has been dealing with consulting in the construction industry for over 15 years. Expert in project management and the investment process. He has effectively dealt with: contractual profit maximisation strategy, disputes and project implementation team organization. He have successfully advised clients on many projects in the following sectors: roads, railway, sanitary, and general construction. He is experienced in, both, large private projects, as well as public projects based on the FIDIC Conditions of Contract and on Public Procurement Law.

A long-term Fellow Member of the Consulting Engineers and Experts Association in Warsaw. In the years 2010-2014, he held the position of Vice President and Treasurer of the Consulting Engineers and Experts Association. An arbitrator from the CEEA list, former member of the Steering Committee of FIDIC Young Professionals and Member of the Committee for FIDIC Risk and Responsibility.
With his educational roots in management, he has over 17 years of experience in engineering consulting in the implementation of infrastructure projects based on the FIDIC Conditions. An expert in project settlement as well as risk and claims management. A participant and a speaker at FIDIC and DRBF international conferences such as in Istanbul, New Delhi, Seoul and Rio de Janeiro. An administration and project implementation coach.
He is fluent in English and German.
Privately a lover of literature, skiing, sailing, trekking and cuisine (slow food).
